A break deposit of R2000 is required before arrival to measure that we collect to cover if there ought to be damages. Deposit paid back in 7 days if no damages were made.
Kindly observe that smoking indoors is prohibited. Prior to departure, ensure all fires are extinguished. If a fire is lit outdoors, particularly in windy conditions, please ensure it is fully extinguished. Never leave a fire unattended.
More than 1 Month before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be paid back.
More than 2 Weeks before arrival: 25% of the deposit will be paid back.
Less than 2 Weeks before arrival 0% will be paid back.
Our standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
